Gerald Williams established ISG after retiring from a successful Federal career that included nine years of US Army service and 20 years with civil agencies including the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, and eventually the Federal Aviation Administration where he served in several senior-level management positions. Gerald worked for three years in the business development department of a successful 8(a) company where he concentrated on learning the fundamentals of small business support to the Federal government from a supplier perspective. Gerald's business model, however, focused on the secrets Dave Seward shared regarding the establishment and growth of World Wide Technology into a billion dollar company serving the Federal government. "Dave Seward is living proof that a company can be established using Biblical principles as the basis for day-to-day operations and be a resounding success. Our operating principles are tied to the precepts of my Christian faith and the value system that our founding fathers used in establishing America."
